The allergy season is upon us and flu season is quickly approaching. I wanted to share with you a simple technique that I recently used for my 3 year old and myself.

The above recipe is good for children up to 60 pounds. Double the amount of Epsom Salt and Baking soda for 60-100 pound children, and for Adults multiply the recipe by 4.
Make sure to drink plenty of water and prepare to feel tremendously better the next day.
